  • 1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
