  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a standard muffin tin by lining it with paper or silicone liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in old-fashioned rolled oats until evenly coated.
  4. Scoop about two tablespoons into each muffin liner and press down firmly.
