  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel-flavored chips
  • Sea salt flakes (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together room-temperature butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and caramel-flavored chips using a spatula.
  7. Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each scoop. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
