  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
