  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 cup apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
