  • ½ cup vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs (or flax eggs) and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually incorporate into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop out dough balls; place a dollop of Nutella and vegan marshmallow fluff in the center before sealing them up.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
