  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups corn and black bean salsa
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

  2. Crush the corn chips in a Ziploc bag until finely ground.
