  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • Whole milk (as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
