  • 1 kg new potatoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons salad cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • ½ teaspoon dill
  • 2 teaspoons salt (plus more to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add the scrubbed and cut new potatoes and cover them with cold water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and let simmer until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain in a colander and allow to cool slightly.
