  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In one bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
