3 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 lb carrots
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add maple syrup, grainy mustard, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined and warmed through.
Peel and trim the carrots before arranging them on a rimmed baking sheet.
