  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter with lobster and crab meat until well mixed.
  2. Add lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Fold gently to combine without breaking up the seafood.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto parchment paper and roll it into logs about 2 inches in diameter. Twist ends tightly to seal.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours until firm.
  5. Once chilled, unwrap the logs and slice into half-inch rounds.
