- 1 can white beans (15oz), rinsed and drained
- 1 can black beans (15oz), rinsed and drained
- 1/4 medium red onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Zest of one lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
- Juice of two lemons
- Salt and pepper to taste
