  • 1 can white beans (15oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black beans (15oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 medium red onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Squeeze the juice of two lemons over the mixture.
