  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • All-purpose flour (for crust)
  • Double-crust pie crust recipe
