  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill (plus more for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and egg until just combined. Shape into four patties.
