  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown; remove from skillet.
