  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix oil and sugar until combined; add eggs one at a time along with Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
