  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • Optional: jalapeño pepper, fresh cilantro, Cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Add cod fillets and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise with lime juice and sriracha in another bowl to create the sauce.
