  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup key lime juice (fresh squeezed or good bottled)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, use an electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
  3. Pour in key lime juice and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping, then add the remaining whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the filling into each crust, filling about three-quarters full. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
