  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the zucchini slices in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the zucchini.
  5. Pour half of the marinara sauce on top, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining zucchini, ricotta, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
