  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread or wraps for serving
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup tahini for sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth.
