  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and gently create pockets by slicing along one side.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, seasonings, and lemon juice until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the crab-shrimp mixture.
  5. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 125°F–130°F).
