4 fresh salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1 cup lump crab meat
1 cup chopped shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Pat salmon fillets dry and gently create pockets by slicing along one side.
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, seasonings, and lemon juice until well mixed.
Stuff each salmon pocket with the crab-shrimp mixture.
Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and place on a lined baking sheet.
