- 1 lb cooked and chopped turkey bacon (or beef bacon)
- 8 oz plain cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 oz dry Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 medium diced tomatoes (seeded)
- 4 medium green onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the turkey bacon on a sheet pan until crispy (about 15-20 minutes). Drain on paper towels and chop.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing mix until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Gently fold in half of the chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and half of the lettuce.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with remaining lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
