  • 1 lb cooked and chopped turkey bacon (or beef bacon)
  • 8 oz plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz dry Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium diced tomatoes (seeded)
  • 4 medium green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the turkey bacon on a sheet pan until crispy (about 15-20 minutes). Drain on paper towels and chop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing mix until smooth using an electric mixer.
  3. Gently fold in half of the chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and half of the lettuce.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, top with remaining lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
