In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.

While the chicken marinates, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, and honey in another bowl until well combined.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and brush generously with Bang Bang sauce.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket without overcrowding and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
