  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Parsley flakes (for garnish)
