  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sifted cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a clean mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and continue beating until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar while mixing until stiff peaks develop.
