  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Âľ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchinis into noodles; set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  3. Add minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and gradually mix in Parmesan until melted.
  5. Toss in zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
