  • 15 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Chili flakes and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, combine halved cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, then sprinkle with cumin seeds, cinnamon powder, and salt. Roast for about 30-40 minutes until caramelized.
