Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package chocolate almond bark (2024 oz)
  • 25 caramel squares (or about 1 & 1/4 cup caramel bits)
  • 12 tablespoons water or heavy cream
  • Whole pecans (as desired; chopped if preferred)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate almond bark and melt in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power for about three minutes, stirring halfway until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine caramel squares and water or heavy cream. Microwave at 50% power for one minute, stirring until melted and creamy.
  4. Reserve about 1/4 cup of melted chocolate. Pour the remaining chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Drop dollops of caramel on top and swirl gently with a butter knife.
  5. Sprinkle pecans over the mixture, then drizzle the reserved chocolate on top.
  6. Let it set at room temperature for about 2-3 hours before cutting into pieces.
