  • 8 oz rotini chickpea pasta
  • 2 cans (5 oz) tuna (in water, drained and flaked)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini chickpea pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, flaked tuna, and fresh dill. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
