  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Warm the cooked corned beef gently in a microwave or saucepan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Sriracha, salt, and pepper to create the Easy Reuben Sauce.
  3. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
