  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In two medium bowls, divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly between the bowls containing white and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth, then mix in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate into the prepared pan as the first layer.
  5. Repeat the melting process for white chocolate; stir in remaining vanilla extract and mix in sprinkles.
  6. Spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer, topping with extra sprinkles if desired.
  7. Chill for at least one hour before slicing into squares.
