  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  2. Add eggs and softened butter to the yeast mixture; then mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
