  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
