10 oz fresh baby spinach
3 cups strawberries (cleaned, hulled, and sliced)
1 cup blueberries
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup toasted pecans (some chopped)
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar and honey (or brown sugar). Whisk until fully combined and simmer for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half. Set aside to cool.
Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant. Allow to cool before chopping some coarsely.
