  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into two sheets.
  4. Spread filling evenly over one sheet; place the second sheet on top.
  5. Cut into strips and twist each strip into spirals.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
