  • 1 cup Milk (warmed to 110℉)
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active rise yeast (11 grams whole packet)
  • 2 Large eggs (room temperature lightly beaten)
  • 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 10 TBSP Unsalted butter (cubed room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 TBSP Ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped chocolate (Two 4oz chocolate bars)
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (1 packet)
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallows creme (1 tub)
  • 2 TBSP Water

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to 110℉ and activate yeast by letting it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a bowl, mix the yeast mixture with beaten eggs, salt, sugar, and cubed butter until combined.
  3. Gradually add flour until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in a greased bowl and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly.
  8. Roll tightly from one edge and cut into 12 pieces.
  9. Allow rolls to rise again for 30 minutes before baking at 350℉ for 23 minutes.
  10. Drizzle with vegan marshmallows creme mixed with water while warm.
