  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken inside.
