  • 2 ½ oz fresh orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend chopped orange pieces (with rind) until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy; mix in the blended orange, yogurt, and butter.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake for about 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
