  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 3/4 cup freshly diced cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly julienned
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken according to your favorite grilled sesame chicken recipe.
  2. Prepare the sesame ginger dressing by whisking all ingredients until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Add dressing and toss gently.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked and sliced, top the salad with it and garnish with toasted almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, extra cilantro, green onion, jalapeno slices, and optional crispy wonton strips.
