Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • ¼ cup walnuts or pecans (optional), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut out circles using a 3-inch cutter. Press them into a greased mini muffin tin and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  2. Place a piece of Brie in each shell and top with cranberry sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped nuts for added crunch.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Allow cooling for 5 minutes before removing from tin.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
