  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and remove any bones.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400-450°F or oven to 375°F. Cook the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork (about 10-12 minutes per inch on the grill or 15-22 minutes in the oven).
