  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and egg yolk until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  6. Chill dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Scoop chilled dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
