  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients: pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder and pepper. Coat with cornstarch.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken in batches until browned and cooked through.
