  • 5 ounces dulce de leche
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 3 ounces cool whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light in color.
  3. Add softened butter, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the egg mixture; blend well.
  4. Mix in baking powder and flour until combined.
  5. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges; let cool.
  7. Prepare the filling by beating together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth; mix in dulce de leche and apricot jam.
