  • 1 Small Egg
  • Splash of Milk
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • Sweet Smoked Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Plain Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into star shapes.
  3. Brush each star with an egg wash made from beaten egg and milk.
