  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz Orange Dark Chocolate bar (chopped)
  • sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until almost fully melted.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Beat melted butter with granulated and brown sugars for one minute; then mix in orange zest and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Gently fold in dark chocolate chunks.
  7. Chill the dough for at least two hours or overnight.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
