  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add butter, sauté garlic and jalapeños until fragrant. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Add chicken broth; return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
