  4. Boil until the thermometer reads 250°F (approximately 20-30 minutes).
  5. Stir in peanuts and salt, continuing to cook until reaching 295°F (another 15-30 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and quickly mix in butter and baking soda; enjoy the bubbling magic!
