  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (3 ounce) box orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in boiling water and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with one cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar, vanilla, and optional orange zest until stiff peaks form; fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold remaining whipped cream into cooled jello mixture; layer both mixtures over crust in the pan, swirling gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight until set.
